Shipping policy

1. Shipping Destinations
Precious Metals & Gems ships exclusively within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Shipping Carriers & Methods
We partner with USPS, FedEx, UPS to provide reliable delivery services. The following shipping options are available:

  • Standard Shipping: 5 to10 Days

  • Expedited Shipping: 3 to 4 Days

  • Overnight Shipping: 1 to 2 Days

3. Order Processing & Delivery Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: Free

  • Expedited & Overnight Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

  • Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping.

5. Shipping Insurance & Security

  • All shipments are insured by default.

  • Orders over $100 require a signature upon delivery for security purposes.

  • If an order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact info@preciousmetalsandgems.com within 15 Days to file a claim.

6. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also check tracking details on your Precious Metals & Gems account.

7. Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns within 15 Days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt.

  • Custom-made or final-sale items are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • To start a return, contact us at info@preciousmetalsandgems.com or call (913) 341-1320. If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions.

  • Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

8. In-Store Pickup

  • Customers may pick up their orders in-store or shipping only at our physical location: 8230 Metcalf Ave, Overland Park, KS 66204.

9. Additional Information

  • Certain high-value items may require additional verification before shipment.

  • Precious Metals & Gems reserves the right to cancel or modify orders based on availability or security concerns.
