Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging and documentation.
Returns must include a receipt or proof of purchase.

Custom-made or final-sale items are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
