Refund policy

1. Return Eligibility

  • We offer a 15-day return policy for U.S. orders, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging and documentation.

  • Returns must include a receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom-made or personalized jewelry

  • Engraved or resized items

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Bullion, coins, or investment-grade metals

  • Gift cards

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • We accept returns within 15 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt.

  • Custom-made or final-sale items are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • To start a return, contact us at info@preciousmetalsandgems.com or call (913) 341-1320. If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions.

  • Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

  • Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Provide photos of the item and packaging for assessment.

  • We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund if the issue is verified.

4. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new item.

  • Contact us to ensure product availability before placing a new order.

5. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund approval.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 15 business days.

  • Please allow extra time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
